About Deborah's Network

Deborah’s Network is a ministry of the Department of Women of the Southwestern Florida Jurisdiction, Church of God in Christ. Named in the spirit of the Biblical Deborah — prophetess, judge, and leader — this ministry was established to inspire, connect, and equip women to lead with creativity and courage.

Deborah’s Network believes that every woman carries a God-given assignment. Through intentional programming, leadership development, and community outreach, we create environments where women are challenged to grow, equipped to lead, and commissioned to serve.

What We Do

We organize the annual Deborah’s Network Women’s Convention and host the LeadHERship Conference for emerging and established leaders. Our programming includes empowerment workshops for women and men of all ages, as well as community impact initiatives encompassing outreach, mentorship, and service. We build partnerships with businesses, churches, civic leaders, and community organizations — and we recognize and celebrate women who are making a difference in business, education, ministry, healthcare, and family.
